What is the shelf life of Momofuku Chili Crunch?
Our Chili Crunch is shelf-stable and best enjoyed within 24 months of production. Once opened, it does not require refrigeration, though we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place.
Are your noodles vegan or vegetarian?
Most of our dried noodle varieties, including Soy & Scallion and Tingly Chili, are vegan-friendly. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed dietary information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring Momofuku Goods to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are Momofuku Goods products gluten-free?
While some of our seasonings are naturally gluten-free, our noodles are made with wheat flour. We recommend reviewing the allergen statement on each individual package before consumption.
